interpretation, the Oris Divers Sixty-Five is a case study of vintage
diver's watches of the sixties. This is a self-winding automatic watch
that beats at 28,800 vph, has 26 jewels, delivers an approximate 38-hour
power reserve, and is driven by the Oris caliber 733 (based upon
SW200-1).
The stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter, 13 mm in height,
and features a bronze bezel with a black top inset and unidirectionally
turning outer bronze ring. The case of this watch is attached to a
stainless steel bracelet, which is completed with a push button folding
clasp buckle.
A slightly domed a forest green-colored with a lacquered covering dial
displays luminous "Old Style" hour markers, the hour and minute hands
filled with "vintage"style beige-colored SuperLuminova luminous paint.
There is a date window classically positioned at 6 o’clock, and the date
numbers are colored in light tone paint for better readability. In
addition, this watch delivers a curved vintage-inspired
scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal, a 100 m / 10 atm water
resistance, and a screw-down winding crown.
