Classic stylings and an attractive, sophisticated design guide this Montblanc Star Dual Time in every regard. Its alluring black-colored dial sports a fascinating guilloche pattern while the applied silvered hour markers alternate between Roman numerals and stick presentations.

Luminous rhodium-coated hands are easy to spot in low light and there is a minute track in white as well as a date window at 3 o’clock. A small seconds counter can be found at 6 and above it at 12 there is a convenient “Home Time” counter. One can read the second GMT time via the center skeletonized hand.

 
An exhibition case back, which is protected by a sapphire crystal, allows one to see the movement in action. Speaking of which, this self-winding automatic watch is driven by Montblanc’s own MB 29.19 caliber, which delivers a 42-hour power reserve.

The stainless steel case with a fixed bezel measures 42 mm in diameter, 11 mm in height, and rests upon a black leather strap with a stainless steel deployant buckle. Other case features include a 50 m / 5 atm water resistance, a push / pull wining crown, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
